The Paediatric Society of Queensland is proud to announce that this year's conference will highlight paediatric subspecialty updates; as well as the many obstacles that both paediatricians and general practitioners navigate in the community in their treatment and management of children and adolescents with chronic conditions, particularly as it pertains to transitional care.

Our aim is to promote discussions amongst our colleagues and peers in the hope of improving the medical care that we provide as healthcare professionals to children and their families.
